TERMS OF DELIVERY OR PICK UP ORDERS
Dylillah’s Sweet Sin’sation and Catering, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the Cake after Delivery and/or Setup is complete. If Customer picks up the Cake, then Customer is responsible for Delivery and Setup of the Cake. Customer is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the Cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

Disclaimer
Customer understands that Dylillah’s Sweet Sin’sation and Catering, LLC is NOT an allergen-free, vegetarian, gluten-free business and its products and cake(s) may contain or come into contact with items or food products containing dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, coconut, tree nuts, flour, cocoa (chocolate), milk and sugar, and/or other allergy causing ingredients. We CANNOT guarantee the absence of cross-contamination from allergen causing products. Customer understands risks and agrees to notify Customer’s guests of this risk. Customer agrees to hold Dylillah’s Sweet Sin’sation and Catering, LLC harmless for any allergic reactions and to indemnify Dylillah’s Sweet Sin’sation and Catering, LLC in the event of any claims arising from allergic reactions.
