RASHAD BRYANT BORN AND RAISED IN JERSEY CITYS MONTGOMERY PROJECT

I've been cooking professionally since I was 12. I work on the food truck in front of the projects call Doug's Truck. I later went on to the New York restaurant school to further my cooking passion. From there I worked at the water club in Manhattan, the River Cafe in Brooklyn, Pershing Square, the 🐸 Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, NJ. Then I worked at UPS for 13 years while doing high end catering services on the weekend and delivering wholesale cakes at night. That's where I started Dylilah's Sweet Sin'Sation & Catering, where we continue to do wholesale, retail, and catering services for all types. I also teach in the juvenile justice system where, with my program, we teach the juveniles who are incarcerated sanitation and nutrition, how to cook and time management and also to be able to obtain a job after they finish my curriculum.
